We accept returns or exchanges of new/unused product within 5 business days of receipt of your order.  Exceptions can be made at the sole discretion of UNDERMINE DISTRIBUTION.  If a product is defective please contact us at chud@smallbeating.com with your order # and information regarding the defect.  Pictures, videos etc will help us identify the issue and we will handle accordingly.

Returns for credit/refunds must be unworn, or unused in the original packaging it came in.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used by the buyer.
